Robert W. Simon
Vice Chair
Now retired, Bob Simon's career was centered on educational development, at Stanford University and elsewhere. He was Assistant Dean for Corporate Relations in the Stanford Business School, Director of Stanford's New York Office, and Director of Development, North America, for the American University in Cairo.
He earned his AB in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from its Business School. After receiving his commission through the ROTC, he was a pilot in the United States Air Force.
Over the years, he has produced
documentary films related to higher education and the attitudes
of college students, has published a book of light verse, and was
at one time Marketing Advisor to the Government of East Pakistan.
He resides in Los Altos, California, with his wife, Annette.
