Put some write in your weekend!Writing is not just a Monday-through-Friday affair. It’s an anytime, anywhere undertaking. You need nothing more than a pen, some paper, and a little imagination—and that’s why Badgerdog’s hosting monthly Saturday workshops for writers in grades 4 through 12. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme, such as character creation, creative nonfiction, graphic storytelling, or poetic forms. Workshops are led by Badgerdog’s expert writers—a talented collection of poets, fiction writers, nonfiction writers, and playwrights, all with a passion for teaching. Workshops are designed to be fun and generative, with special attention to a particular aspect of the writing process.
